Neapolitan Music Society
Thank You Dugan Foundation!

$10,000 Grant Awarded to NMS Recording Project

In December 2010, the Dugan Foundation of Houston, Texas, generously awarded the Society a $10,000.00 grant to fund our first-ever professional recording sessions dedicated to Neapolitan master works.  "We are very excited by this award and the confidence the Foundation has shown in our on-going programs," said Peter Ravella, NMS Board Chairman.  It is the largest single grant the Society has received and the second year of funding from the Dugan Foundation.

Patrick Dugan, a member of the Foundation Board, spearheaded the award to NMS. "Mr. Dugan has taken a personal interest in the Society's work and we are deeply indebted to him and his family for their generosity and support," added Ravella.

Plans for the recording session, which will occur this year, are still under development and we will be providing updates as the project develops.  The Society plans to offer the recording for sale to provide on-going revenue for future projects.

Please join us in thanking the Dugan Foundation for their support!

Special Thanks to SEFCU Foundation!

It is also our pleasure to acknowledge the ongoing support of our friend Mary Warr-Cowans, SEFCU Board Member, for an additional $1000.00 donation from the SEFCU Foundation. We deeply appreciate SEFCU's generosity!
